Aggressive Representation of the Injured
From the moment you retain the law firm of Boughter Sinak, we begin to prepare your case as if it were going to trial. This is true for every case we handle. We do not take a case on with the notion that we are just going to settle it—we fully investigate your claims and if the insurer or at-fault party fails to offer the fair value, then we will file a lawsuit and aggressively represent and protect your interests in court. To that end, Boughter Sinak advances all litigation expenses and, when in your best interests, will retain accident re-constructionist experts, medical experts, economic experts, architectural and engineering experts, and other highly specialized experts to build up the evidence and maximize your recovery. We do not strong arm our clients into any settlement or to “settle on the cheap.”
As a general rule of thumb, most cases will settle because we will have fought hard for the fair value of your claims and presented the proof we need to obtain you a fair settlement. However, some cases cannot be settled—whether it be due to a dispute over liability or the extent and proximate causation of your injuries, or an insurer who just refuses to acknowledge the fair value of your claim. In certain cases, the viability of the claim cannot be determined until after extensive litigation, including discovery and depositions. Once we have the information and evidence needed, we will provide you with a complete evaluation of your claims—this includes telling you the good, the bad, and the ugly. If we believe after discovery that your claims are tenuous or we do not believe you will meet your burden at trial, we will tell you that and make recommendations on how to proceed. If an insurer refuses to acknowledge the merits of a good case, we will take them to task and present your case and the evidence in the best way possible to a jury.
We pride ourselves on straightforward representation. Bottom line—we will give you an honest evaluation of your case and tirelessly fight to maximize your recovery. Every day, we go up against the best and brightest lawyers in the State of Indiana and have a tradition of winning. We have earned a reputation for aggressive representation and will not be bullied by insurers or their counsel. Put a team of fighters on your side!
5 Diamond Service
On May 15, 2017, Mr. Boughter and his investment company, Boughter Investments, LLC invested more than 1 million dollars in the purchase and complete redesign of the former Dehayes Building located at 5150 West Jefferson Boulevard in Fort Wayne, Indiana, which will soon become the new home of Boughter Sinak, LLC. In doing so, Mr. Boughter wanted to elevate the attorney-client experience and, in addition to sound legal representation, wanted to provide his clients five diamond service while at their appointments. This will include amenities such as a client relaxation lounge, equipped with a custom made salt water fish tank and T.V., fresh fruit and healthy snacks, beverage service, a Mickey Mouse kids play area, a furnished outdoor patio for fresh air, chef catered lunches and/or dinners for full-day or after hours events, and complimentary WiFi.
Clients may also take a tour of the building, which will house unique artwork, including original pieces, as well as limited edition artwork from some of the best known artists of all time—this includes extremely rare lithographs from the Mourlot Family Estate that have been shown in places like the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and the Tate Museum in London. Artists such as the renowned Spanish Catalan painter, Miró, 20th century French painter, Georges Braque, and works from Brazilian neo-pop artist, Romero Britto, will adorn the walls of Boughter Sinak, LLC.
It will be our honor to represent and serve you during a difficult time. We are ready to stand by your side and fight for you.
All our best,
—Robert and Kenny
