Joshua J. Boyanowski, Office Administrator
Joshua Boyanowski is a Rhode Island native but grew up in Fort Wayne most of his life. Josh graduated from Angola High school and attended IPFW for computer science and business administration. Josh has been employed with the firm for the past five years and is an integral part of the day to day operations of the firm. As Office Administrator, Josh oversees the firm's marketing, personnel, and business-related needs, as well as assisting clients with discovery for cases that are in litigation. When he is not working, he enjoys time with his family and playing rugby for the Fort Wayne Rugby Football Club.

Beverly Archbold, Senior Paralegal
Beverly was born in Paulding, Ohio and raised in Hartford City, Indiana where she attended high school at Blackford High. Beverly raised four children and then went on to work at Peyton's Northern where she worked for 15 years, following which she decided to return to school to pursue her lifelong dream of working in the legal field. Beverly graduated from Ivy Tech-Fort Wayne with an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies. After graduation, Beverly gained employment with Boughter Sinak and has proudly worked for the firm for the past 4 years.
As Senior Paralegal for the firm, Beverly handles a wide-array of duties from answering client calls, collecting medical records, itemizing medical expenses, scheduling, and assisting with pre-litigation matters. Beverly prides herself on being punctual and dedicated to getting the job done for our clients. In addition, she enjoys keeping Mr. Boughter's dogs from getting into too much trouble while they roam the office.
Beverly is happily married to Calvin Archbold and together they have 4 children and 11 grandchildren. Beverly enjoys spending time with family, camping, working in her garden, and playing with her dog, Patch.

Cody Sauder, Paralegal
Cody was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana and attended high school at Concordia Lutheran. Cody went on to attend college at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Following graduation, Cody volunteered at The Cedars Retirement Community where he excelled at managing the retirement community's website. Given his stellar work, he was hired full-time as a web designer and took full control over content creation and marketing decisions.
Cody currently serves as a Paralegal for the firm where he handles everything from initial intakes for new clients to organizing, summarizing, and analyzing all of the client's medical records and editing drafts of insurance demand letters. Cody is an avid football fan and lover of old music and movies. Whenever he's able to spend time with friends and family, he finds himself quite content.
